Come explore 11 studios of the Alto Artists in beautiful Alto, NM, just 5 miles north of Ruidoso on HWY 48. During the self-guided tour, the works of 31 artists will be available for viewing and purchase. The tour route takes visitors through spectacular Ponderosa forests, then onto a mesa with awesome views of Sierra Blanca and the Capitan Mountains.

available at the Ruidoso Chamber of Commerce, Ruidoso Regional Council for the
Arts, the sponsors listed below and other local businesses throughout Lincoln
County. The artists of Alto show a wide variety of artwork, including paintings,
woodturnings; furniture; wood carvings; bronze, stone, wood and gourd sculpture;
fabric art; jewelry; dolls; glasswork; pottery and many other unique creations.
